Privacy policy.
How this website handles information, and what happens when you choose to get in touch.
Email a privacy questionAbout this policy. DigiPublishing is a static website at www.digipublishing.net. This policy describes information handled when you visit, use Google Analytics, or choose to email an enquiry.
Information you choose to send
There is no contact form on this site. When you use an email link, your email application handles the message. If you send us an email, we may receive your name, email address and any business or project details you include, and we use that information to respond to your enquiry and communicate about potential or agreed work.
Analytics, advertising trackers and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), measurement ID G-92N6G6EBF7. The Google tag is loaded automatically when a page opens and may collect device/browser information, page interactions, approximate location and identifiers, using cookies or similar technologies according to Google's configuration. Google may process analytics information outside Singapore. We use analytics to understand traffic and improve the website. We do not embed a Meta Pixel on this website. You can control cookies in your browser, use blocking tools or review Google's published privacy information; blocking analytics should not prevent normal site browsing.
Server logs
As with most websites, the hosting provider may generate server logs containing technical details such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, date and time. Actual log collection, storage and retention depend on the host's settings. These should be confirmed with your provider.
How we use and share information
Information sent by email may be used to reply, discuss services, provide requested work and keep appropriate business records. Depending on the services involved, hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf. We do not publish the contents of your enquiries on this site.
How long information is kept
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for correspondence, business administration or applicable legal obligations. Specific retention settings should be confirmed for the email and hosting services used.
Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email peter@digipublishing.net with a privacy question or request.
External sites
Some content may link to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are independent of ours, and you should review their policies if you visit them.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised when the website or its underlying services change. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
Advertising account data, when services are commissioned
If you engage our team to manage campaigns, you may separately authorise access to your own Google Ads, Meta Ads or analytics accounts to report on leads, sales and campaign performance. Those client-account tools are separate from this public website, which has no Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Meta Pixel installed.
Contracting service provider
The person or legal entity supplying a paid engagement will be identified in the accepted service proposal or related contract, before that engagement begins. Website email enquiries are handled through the contact address shown here.
Singapore personal data protection
We intend to handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and its applicable requirements. Information may be collected directly when you email us, through hosting logs, and through Google Analytics as described above. We use relevant information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange services, operate and improve our website, meet contractual needs and fulfil applicable legal obligations. We will not treat an unsolicited enquiry as permission to use your information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.
Where the PDPA applies, you may request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent where relevant, or contact us about a complaint. Requests may be subject to the exceptions, notification and administrative requirements permitted by Singapore law. Email peter@digipublishing.net with “Personal data enquiry” in the subject line.
We seek to use reasonable security safeguards, limit retention to legitimate business or legal needs and require appropriate protections for international transfers of personal data where required by law. Analytics, mail or hosting providers may process data in other countries. Actual hosting log retention and GA4 data-retention settings depend on those provider accounts and must be confirmed by the website operator.
Before a paid engagement begins, the contracting Provider will be identified in writing and relevant data-handling roles, contact information, processing instructions and safeguards can be agreed with the client. This statement is not legal advice or an independent certification of compliance.
